Yes.
However, when a pirated product is better than the sold version, you have to wonder who is to blame.
What do you mean your game's anti-piracy software means it performs 10+ fps lower than a pirated copy that has removed this software while also reporting my personal information to a shady third party and opening up my kernel to exploits and more security flaws than without it?

Also a big one for me is if a person/company completely stops selling their work and the only way to get it is buying it used which provides no benefit to the creator even if the copyright is still active it isn't morally wrong.

When the only option is buying a worn out second hand gaming cartridge for hundreds of dollars or more, none of which goes to the original developers or even publisher and they refuse to put it on some kind of virtual console at a reasonable price I don't think it's immoral for people to pirate it over buying an overpriced used copy.
