Inappropriate for young readers?

I'm still writing the part of Henry Rider 3 where she's trapped inside her world's version of DnD, and right now she's in the middle of a boss fight. The whole point of this game is that it takes recognizable monsters and turns them into funny parodies of themselves. Case in point, instead of fighting a lich, Henry is fighting a lick, an undead sorcerer with a long tongue and a bunch of tongue-based attacks.

The Henry Rider series has always been aimed at younger readers, somewhere between middle grade and high school. So here's my question: would it make the story too inappropriate for the target age group if I were to name the lick Leegma Baaz?

I'd change it, not because it's "inappropriate," but because it'll be corny in the future. A gimmick name like that probably won't stand the test of time.

There is nothing like right, it's just wrong or lesser wrong... It's up to you to choose any of the two, either way, it'll still be a bit wrong in some aspects?

You could change it to a siren that used sound attacks like corny one liners that don't fit the action or really horrible dad jokes instead of the traditional types of attacks

If this pokemon is okay, your idea is okay. Might consider another name though. Just because your book is otherwise kind of wholesome and some readers may take offense.

I find it hella funny though.
