Hmm, well, my story "No Need For A Core?" is romance heavy, and is closed door (so no explicit content). But it is not a romance about teens (though the sequel will focus on a pair of currently teenage characters, but it will see them through becoming adults, so not fully teen either).
Mind, some parts are very sexually charged, and sometimes walks right up to the line on that closed door policy, so that may not be what you want. But it is overall very wholesome, very emotionally healthy, a relationship with lots of good communication and openness, and generally just very sweet on the romance side.
It's not purely focused on being a romance, that is just a large aspect of the story. I don't want to over sell it, as it does not match your exact criteria, but it seems close enough that it might be something you enjoy.
