I always had a dream to house a bunch of artists; regardless of their profession (writer/painter/muscians...) and give them everything they need to live comfortably, they can even leave with no curfew and have allowance. I'll get a few maids for work around the house.

AS LONG AS they continue practicing their craft daily to improve, and they promise to leave when they feel like they can get on their feet as a decent artist, finding another struggling artist to replace their spot.

Yeah, that dream is very weird and outlandishly specific with no use, don't judge, lol.

In my country, med students are usually poor and couldn't afford the absurd tuition fee, a lot of them drop midway and gotta work part time jobs for that, could always use more of them in our society, so, housing for med students is gud too.
