If so, then there's the issue of fame. If I'm the billionaire at my age and in my country, it's too overexaggerated for me to even exist lol. Imagine having 1/400th wealth of my country without assets or anything, and here you have a problem. There's no way I could be a billionaire without some magic that makes everyone forget that there's a dude with a pure billion worth of hard money walking around them.

If so, I still would've done nothing, as no one knows me, and I don't trust that money the alternate timeline me had made. If anything, I'll be panicking, knowing that everyone will try to get me for my wealth, and disappear. Only years later, start to do whatever I want, knowing that it's consequences free.

...I dunno. Maybe folk like Tempokai can handle it well, but the underage/barely overage people may not be happy to live in a world with their only parent figure dead, while having to manage a billion dollar enterprise on their own. If said billionare is alive? Why the heck are they giving me control over a billion dollars willingly? If said billionare has relatives who will help? Even worse.
