Assuming it's in I Was A Hero In Another World But My Dog-Girl Slave Swapped Places With Me And Now I Can’t Disobey Her rather than one of my other novels, I'm probably kinda fucked.
Assuming it starts at the start of the novel, I would first spend a bit of time feeling immense guilt over having created this world. Then I'd confess making this world and not knowing why and how I came into the MC's body to Eve, and give her power over me-- there's no point in hiding this, really, given she's a mindreader, and very focused on the MC, so my chances of fooling her are very low, and without her as an ally, I can't really do much on my own-- maybe murder a few people, causing repercussions I can't entirely guess at, but that's it.
Assuming I survived that, I'd tell Eve about the plot as far as I know it-- not knowing the full plot when being reincarnated into a novel you wrote is one of the biggest downsides of being a discovery writer, in retrospect. Regardless... now it's her problem! I'd continue to try to act as her morality pet if she let me.
