Which one do you choose to create if you could only create one of the three?

Graphics novel ?
Do you mean comic ?

Yeah, I may do that.
Graphics is powerful language.

I didn't really like how Visual novel looks.
Kinda corny or like some kind of bad cutscenes.

But that's probably my own bias due to seeing to much BlazBlue game side-stroy and other shitty old visual novel.

I will choose visual novels if I get the opportunity to attract the targeted audience better.

Well, i only cares about the money tho.

Another question; which one of the three you think attract more people?

VN

Because Sono Hanabira, the masterpiece yuri series that influenced the whole jp industry to no longer have toys in yuri series, became hiatus without explanation (even jp wiki).
Beside the fact the new seiyuu butchered my fav couple Yuuna x Nanami (<<<) later on, and that the artist crazily chose to switch his masterpiece quality into "anime style" since the 6th, there is no futa VN with wholesome plot of same quality.
There was kuroyuri with a medieval plot of sister of Nobunaga, becoming futanari, with a "imouto-onee-sama" relationship with a girl but the voice-acting is not pleasing after a few times. And the sequels makes the FMC go to other girls.

TLDR : No good yuri and futanari VNs, just like indies do games because big companies badly do them.

Graphic novel. Many times I have a scene pictured in my head but can't put it into words, being able to draw the actual picture would be awesome.

visual novel probably, since it's a video game. better yet, if it has a good gameplay like sengoku rance.

if you add lewd things, it might attract even more. plus points if it's for a particular fetish that's done well.

sono hanabira's kinda mid for me, aside from mai x reo which was quite decent.

try aoishiro, kindred spirits on the roof, nurse love addiction and flowers series. i did find quite a number of decent to good yuri vn out there.

as for a good futanari novel, i only found and played rondo duo yoake no fortisimo punyu puri.

i did find some nice stuff when it come to lewd rpgmaker games. like eileen curse of futanari succubus and its sequel.

there's also succubus tamer and lilith in nightmare, but it's not really a futanari game. you can just play as either male or futanari.

you can try looking up in lewdzone with futa/trans protagonist tag for that. they're pretty niche even though they had so much potential. you might find a hidden gem there.

So,

Vn is basically an Anime storyboard with little to no animation, with sound and Voice actor.

Well, I didn't really like dialogue heavy VN since no people in real life talk like that. And skipping VN is kinda awkward, unlike Novel book and anime which you can go back and forth naturally and easily.

Many dialogue in anime changed from the source because it's simply unnatural for the voice actor.

Ugh.
