2. Titan. Reason: I want to stomp evil humans

3. Dragon. Reason: I want to burn every human

World: everywhere is fine as long the world doesn't have the technology to blast dragons in one hit.

If I had to choose I quite like motocross races
I choose whish forward, whish to the left and sometimes whish to the right.
as for world.... motocross on the moon might be pretty cool.

Race: Nephilim. Whether it be Half Demon and Half Angel. Or Half Angel and Half Demon. Or Half Demon and Half Human. Does not really matter to me.

Wish 1: Otherworld Infinite Shop System, Otherworld Internet Cafe System (Manga Cafe included), Otherworld Immortal Teacher System combined together into one. Missions are optional and any and all upgrades and purchases depend on me and not the system issuing mandatory missions.

Wish 2: The ability to teleport to any dimension or universe at any time I want. And unless I have a subsidiary shop connected to my hybrid system in that universe, leaving a universe pauses it until I return. (Because the Shops have teleportation formations that can travel between worlds and I want to keep the rules consistent. The teleportation formations can only be used with my permission.) Teleportation between fictional worlds also works.

Wish 3: Eternal Youth and the ability to grant it to my loved ones. Such as my wife, children, adopted children, my children/ adopted children's family. I can just colonize an untouched universe if I need space for my extended family since I can just teleport between dimensions and universes. When I say Eternal Youth, I mean can't age past a certain point nor die of natural causes. IF Eternal Youth is granted to someone past a certain point, their age will revert to that certain point. (Most likely around 19 to 20.)

World: A Modern World like our world, that way I have foundations to build upon and a safe haven from worlds with powers like Magic and QI. I Would also become super-rich opening up stores via my system in the modern world. And I can avoid all trouble with my teleport ability. And using the teleport formation in stored to teleport my friends and family to other worlds.

I am probably missing out on some loopholes but that is all I can think about right now. I actually plan to write something like this, but around the end of this year.

Wish1, A dungeon that exists in its own dimension, but which can open and close gates to any existing world as I see fit, and which comes with a system based on the Holodeck from Star Trek, where I could not merely buy pre-designed stuff from some boring list with some dungeon points but rather a one, where I could produce anything I want, environments, items, creatures, etc, by simply giving verbal commands to the system, which would then do the hard work... and all free of charge and without limits of course.

Wish2, A video game character creator like ability with which I could not only design and redesign my own race, body, age, abilities, etc, at any time, as many times I want and any way I see fit, but one which also allows me to change similar changes to anyone else I want.

Wish3, A video game "save/load" like safety net system, where I could produce any number of save points, to which I could return at any time to redo whatever I want, armed with the foreknowledge of what happened the last time. A system which also automatically returns me to the last save point
if I get killed.

Then I'd wish for; A unique crafting focused spirit weapon, basically, I'd be the Forge Hero, a completely trustworthy and adorable ally, and a combat focused spirit weapon that would suit their tastes/fighting style.

I think you may need to reword the question. People think you said 3 races instead of wishes. I would word it as "If you had the option. Which Race, 3 wishes, and world would you choose?"

I’m in 2 minds. Either i choose earth for a relaxing life. Or a medieval type world where magic exist.

If its earth
Race : Human

Wish 1 : The ability to read/speak/think in any language.
Wish 2 : The ability to view people’s emotions. Also allows me to know if someone’s lying
Wish 3 : Have perfect memory. However, what i mean isn’t something being able to remember every single thing because that would be horrible, it would be like a library where i can access the memory i want when i want instantly.

If its a different world then, some sort of medieval world where there is magic.

Race : Any human-like creature preferably an
elf.

Wish 1 : The ability to passively increase stats just by existing
Wish 2 : The ability to read/speak/think any language
Wish 3 : The ability to see people’s stats and potential.

I want my stats to be op but not op enough that i’m basically a higher being in human form.
