I felt very much that the EU doesn’t want to lose its influence. Like Switzerland, not part of EU but constantly I see articles saying “If they don’t join soon they may lose” or something like that.I feel like every action for a positive movement will ultimately sour and turn bad and every inaction is rewarded with the inevitable rot.
Yay~
It's always nice and interesting to see people's takes on this stuff. Always good to see what a normal view of the situation at hand is. Though, I say "normal" with a grain of salt.

I only see my immediate disadvantages: need a passport to visit England and have to pay heavy taxes when buying stuff from UK. D:<Personally I thought brexit was a good thing. A lot of people I know who live in the Uk wanted it, it’s the media and those in power who didn’t want it. And college age kids.
EU is trying to punish Britain now though.

That’s true, those in power will punish people to influence them. Happens a lot when governments get a lot of power.I only see my immediate disadvantages: need a passport to visit England and have to pay heavy taxes when buying stuff from UK. D:<

Unfortunately there isn’t much we can do about it.
