- - M has the rights to refuse F's advances, but arranged marriages can't be argued since it's done on blood deals
- - Should 2 different F set eyes on 1 UNmarried M, only 1 F winner take it all or 1 M choose only 1
- - - Blatant gender discrimination is not to that absurdly misogynist/androgynist/sexist degree like in (World of Otome is Tough for Mob)

*I don't really buy that story's main reason having that kind of setting because it feel really dumb and toxic for some other reasons.

Due to rise in magic and combat ability, F will have chest weight and size reduced or almost flattened, but chest muscle buffed up instead. Can retain breastfeeding ability though. Metabolism increased too, so not much nutrients given to offspring from F except for M.

M due to reduced combat and increased fertility (some guys took too much fertility hormone enchancers pre-apocalypse) will have mammary glands located at puffed chests and ...... the underside of balls with nips attached like cow udder?

Other mammals don't have breasts except when actually nursing, so that makes sense.
Human males already have mammary glands and can produce milk with the right hormones.
However, moving nipples to their scrotums might be a good way to ensure exposure to the bacteria they need to be healthy:
