I have not written anything since the 7th, and that is just fine. Because now I know why I started to write in the first place.
I had no job, no social life, and life itself was scary at that time.
Then a story bubbled out of me, a story I believe I will never consider finished, for I will surely rewrite it again and again, until there is nothing but the character names left of the original.
I got comments, knew that someone read the story. Felt good, not gonna lie.
Writing is a crutch for me. Something I do, just because I have nothing else to do.
But I have stuff that needs doing now. I need to work, become better at my German, keep my English from deteriorating because English is a gateway to other languages. Most courses are written in English, the free material and YouTube tutorials are in English.
And now, 137 stories later, I...
I think that is enough! =)
Maybe, after I have rested for a couple of months, learned a couple of languages, gotten more sure at my job, another story will bubble out of me. But until then, I will just enjoy life. Because my life is not like the life I lead back in 2020. It is scary now, yes, but not as much as back then.
Because I have people who believe in me. Because my parents might not be proud, but at least they are not disappointed anymore.
I will take my win where I can get it.
