You're talking to a man who tried to make a legitimate Kuriboh deck, and played for three hours straight to see if it was even remotely possible to win. The answer was yes, but it's gotta be the worst deck I've ever made.

Which I'm sure, despite the deck being 'fun' to play, if you couldn't win, you would have scrapped it, and made something different.
I like my decks whether I win with them, or not.

Last time I played, XYZ was the best things around. I stopped playing and sold my cards the day I lost my Obelisk the Tormentor card. I still can't understand how I lost it. It was an ultra rare too. All shiny foil and everything.

That just killed my love for the game because when I considered buying a new one, at the time, the cheapest I found was 3k in USD, and the next cheapest was 5k in USD. Ruined it for me.

Wow - most valuable card I ever had for a game was a $40 Magic card - don't remember which one anymore. Sold it and gave the rest to my brother (which netted me about a $1 profit overall) and built a "budget deck" (a focused booster, a randomly chosen booster - from Unglued in this case - and a general one plus a starter deck) to use for "emergency games" and only pulled it out twice.

I felt like an idiot when I lost my Obelisk.

Even worse, I had just given my Winged Dragon of Ra card to my cousin. The only God-card I never got was Slifer the Sky Dragon. Had 4 of the 5 Exodia cards, was missing one of the legs I think.

I also had a Dragon Master Magia card, the fusion of Blue-Eyes Ultimate Dragon and Black Luster Soldier. Not sure if these cards are considered any good now.

I'm a flip supremacist player but sadly it is no longer playable in the current meta besides genesys and GOAT.
