What? About ten years ago you guys had a president telling vigilantes to murder as many drug dealers as they could, and he'd help them get away with it legally.

Yeah, and he had the police act as his executioners for that. Poor peeps are scared they'd be 'red-tagged' (labeled communist) or accused of being involved in drugs.

A civvie just need to fabricate a lie that this guy is either a commie or a druggie to get your bullet in the head.
