Have you waited at least 48 hours before posting this?
Books are vetted by hand here, by Tony the admin, meaning you have to wait until they get approved before they appear anywhere.
There is a lot of threats (edit: *threads) explaining that. I suggest you scroll down the author general (I believe it is) a bit and you'll find them with details.
