This is really a hub of scribbles. No translated work or if there is I don't see them, but pure amateur author work (myself included), lot's of fanfics and such. I have a few on webnovel so I'll probably move them here, maybe after I finish the contest I'm in right now. Though I'm an unpopular author, the readers and views don't come easy.

And yeah, Why would there be professionals here? Sure there are a few guys here who had there books published in real life, some even made to best seller. But why would they post it online willingly if they are professionals who can just submit it for publications.

Yep, 100% sure. If you see any translation here, then it must've been uploaded here by the author themselves, or by the translator, which is entirely their discretion.

Tony himself intended ScribbleHub for original works, while his NovelUpdates for the novel translations.

I know tbh, I came here from there, wouldn't have none about this site without them which is why I'm comparing it ,.As well as webnovel though I now realize they are all different.

And yes, WebNovel is very different from ScribbleHub.

If I may say, ScribbleHub is very much similar to RoyalRoad, especially in UI.

Translations shouldn't belong on ScribbleHub though as the site's tagline is: "The Home of Original Stories" that is why if you see a translation that is approved by Tony (because "maybe" Tony thought it was fanfic) then you can feel free to report it then Tony will investigate a bit before hiding the series away, there have been a few cases of such.

yeah, and sometimes someone kind of resurrecting some translation due to dead website, i know plenty of those

but i don't really see any problem with those tbh, most of those translations work aren't published. they're only accessible via search function.

I agree with the others on here. Keeping original stories and translations separate makes it neater on both platforms, since one is catering to existing stories we do not create, and the other is what we create.

Clean and clear separation. This way you don't get people trying to look for another translated story, mixed up with an original story in their searches and vice versea.

There are translated works here, but only because Tony wants to fight off bad aggregators. They're just hosted, but will not appear in recommendations or any other listing here. They do get listed on novelupdates, though.
