Okay, so, my question is what would you do if you could become God for a day.

Create a system which automatically erases every memory of what I'm about to do, then give myself god powers after I lose them. So the moment the day is over, I, together with whoever gave me powers will lose memories of what I secretly did, and after a day or so, the system which I had created will return my powers to me.

A puny human mind will be swallowed up in the vast expanse of what we call reality without making as much as a ripple. All we consider important, nay, all we know is so small and so wrong, that it would simply be impossible for a human mind to stay alive. So, "I" would die and probably either never come back/go insane when I come back/not know that ever happened.
But if you talk about having unlimited wishes granted for a day, I'd find what I would need to be happy forever and to be free forever and give me the means to achieve that, if not the results directly. Or just kill myself for good without possible afterlife consequences. Oh, and make humanity go extinct and forbid any species with intelligence to be ever born. Or maybe end all life forever. Not sure.

I'm not sure where "responsibility" is supposed to be relevant. I'm not responsible enough for it and I couldn't care less. I'd do as I please, make my own world and abandon this shitstain of a planet and tell it to kiss my ass as I leave. I'd occasionally return once or twice a decade or so to observe how the "activists" have wrecked it even further and mock their supporters for it. I might even stir up a little bit of shit before leaving. But yeah. most of my time would be spent in the world or world(s) I created.
