Lol, that's just a theory.
The only thing we have that's concrete from evolution is there is a desire to mate and propagate. The "support survival of others" would require some form of religion intertwined that puts us above our genetic programming of trying to pass our genetics onward. Doesn't make sense in an evolutionary perspective (except they just want us to believe it now so we behave like good little humans and do what they want).
