I’m up to Part 6 of Jojo Bizzare adventure… why is every villain always time based (Spoiler)

First Part. Dio is an immortal vampire who only be killed by hamon

Second Part. Kars literally had to launched to space because he conquered sunlight and immortal

Third Part. Did has the world.

Fourth Part: Blows up your friends with cursed explosion and then you go back in time at a certain point just to repeat it again until the villain is content.

Fifth: steals seconds/minutes of your life be for he kills you.

sixth. Goes so forward through time that that universe reboots.

i haven’t gotten to part 7 yet, but… why this broken?

I belive Araki has stated he wants to make his villains seem indomitable and believes time based abilities to be the strongest, hence why he gives them to his villains. I haven't been into Jojo in a while though, feel free to correct me if I'm wrong.
