Honestly, I would pick something that is easy to carry day-to-day over something purely built for combat, because I sure as heck prefer a dainty 9mm than a battle rifle~

I think something like a wakizashi or stiletto dagger would be my pick. They are easy to wear, don't get stuck in the doorway, or indoor setting. I can wear them while driving or sitting down at the desk. They are also a lot more civilized and elegant than some barbaric club.
