I have been writing for abt 4 months online, and the problem that ive recently been having critics say is that I repeat the word "he" a lot.
For my descriptive writing style, I've only now noticed and need to know how to not instinctively do this mistake🙏
I have noticed myself that I sometimes overstock information as well and want to know if there is a way to refrain myself from saying a lot🥹

Mix in the names of the characters and sometimes make the object the subject. He ate an apple. The apple was eaten. But yeah edit the chapter after is honestly the better way until it becomes instinctive. It's far easier to write down a scene choppily and expand than to do it perfectly in one try.

Write up a list of descriptors.
If one character is a large, red-haired man named Bruno with a thick moustache, alternate between "Him," "Bruno," "The large man," and things like "The man with the moustache." Of course, this only works if he is the only guy with all these traits - if all your characters are large men, or red-haired, it won't be that useful.
