So skin for canvas/ cloth
Bones for building block
Finger nails for projectiles

I never really knew what to do with muscle and sinew, then CN surprised me with using muscle and sinew as threads to make clothes and rope.

Now what to do with the organs

Go super disturbing artsy. Make a canvas out of skin. Paintbrush handle out of bone with human hair for the brush tip.
And then use the crushed up organs to make paint. Gallbladder is a greyish blue, bone marrow is yellow and well, fairly certain someone can figure out a red organ. Have the three primary colors and you can make any other color.

You know... I'm probably on some list somewhere...

blood should be fine for red since there's a lot of iron oxides in it.

I was going to mention bowstrings, but I guess that is included in "rope."

You can eat the heart and liver. BTW, breasts and thighs also make for a good meal, just like with chickens.

It'll quickly turn black/brown on whatever you paint with it. I'd just use it for fertilizer.

oh no I meant like let the blood dry and then crush it and burn it. burning any iron oxides should make it come to a little more red then it's brownish ones.

You can use the organs to make art, or to create containers and instruments, harness the life force within them, or even eat them.

For those who said stomach as container, yeah I forgot to include it in.

I was too disgusted by someone using bladder as a water pouch even though it is effective.

For some reason I got a video recommendation of a short that says the spine can be used as a whip or if the back spines are sharpened can instead turn into a serrated sword whip too.

What if it's from a... dragon ogre?
That's an interesting thought. I assume their physiology would mean their intestines would be stronger, more so the older and bigger they grow, and its larger size would likewise give you more options while processing it - such as using several layers to further strenghten it.
So to answer your question... probably?

Intestine is too weak to be used as garden hose. Even just the water pressure inside would rupture it, and that's before talking about how it would scrape along the ground all the time. It's an alright water/food pouch, though.

it's funny because irl you have the inverse problem. But I, too, don't like internal organs, they taste kinda meh

If you put a body to decompose in a rotting feces then it will produce sulfur. You can do that and then mix it with charcoal and citric acid to produce black powder.
