Okay. Listen to me i know this sounds very wrong but hear me out.

This is all for productive reasoning.
I am just looking for the worst torture methods.
The one i know are pretty meh they are fine and not that extreme. I wana know extreme ones.
The one i know:
•scraping/peeling off human skin.
Then putting needles in that part of that skin.
And if you cut of the tongue its more perfect.
•Stretching out muscles fibers until it tatters.
•feeding a person their own flesh/organs.
•Peeling of thier nails and stabbing it with glass shards.
•For phycological damage, feed them their loved ones organs or apply these methods to them in front them when they scream

I know i am sadistic but it's not that extreme.okay?

And remember its all for writing. I am not insane enough to do that to somone in real life(probably).

Just get the mc's mom/gf/sister fked by some cannon fodders, in front of mc and mc can't do anything to the ones fking them. He just accepts it. Idk about mc being tortured but this way, your fans will tortured for sure or some might get excited(ya know manhood :)

Sensory deprivation works really well as a start. Waterboarding is pretty easy and efficient. I dislike the "wet" kinds of plays, it's messy. Uhhhh, not those kinds of wet that start with r and for some reason are highly disliked (even more so than the act of torture) but those too now that I think about it. It makes you lose authority in front of the victim, you want to make them scared of you more than you want them to hate you or indeed, feel miserable about themselves. Strings stretched too taut tend to snap and we wsnt to have much fun, don't we?
Psychological torture is surprisingly difficult when you lack empathy and understanding if the emotions of others but do focus on "guilt" more. "This happens because of you, these persons or creatures or such got in this situation and they know it was you who brought it about" works much better than others, though try to not allow direct communication between prime and not-prime "guests". Make them lose control, do not allow them to keep time well, do not allow them to rest well, wake them up at random intervals. Rats in the walls and leaking faucets do wonders after a while. But don't go overboard, be classy. You're not running a circus. But DO NOT underfeed them or they wither much faster. You CAN however control what food they eat and how they eat and here you can go get those creative juices flowing.
Permanent damage is to be used sparingly. Use it to scare, don't act on it recklessly or it quickly turns things dull. I know the horror they feel the first time is priceless but keep it down or you'll ruin it.
What else... Well, your goals are to determine the exact steps you take. If you do it just for the fun of it? Go ham as you like. Be creative. Let loose. If you need to achieve something with it? Make a plan. Minimize improvisation to the bare minimum. Flow charts are good for these kinds of situations. Budgetary concerns is also something new witches often overlook - make a budget and a timeline. Otherwise you will get into awkward situations.

Erection - Glass tube up erection. When he goes soft, the tube breaks. then, every movement and every time he pees, they move and it refreshes the hell he's going through.

tie him to a bed with a hole cut in it. plant bamboo under the hole. certain breeds can grow 2-3 inches per day. so in 5 days, he literally has bamboo growing THROUGH him.

tie him to 4 stakes and plant a skewer to one side. then, just start swinging him. Each swing toward the skewer will impale him just a LITTLE more than the previous time.

if your end goal is to torture them to death, then drowning is the most terrifying and burning is the most painful.

Pain isn't limited to physical pain, there can be emotional pain, mental pain, ideological pain, etc.

But it's not all about pain, pain in itself is too crude, excessive amount of pain can break the subject because there's a limited amount of pain someone can handle.

What a good torturer should do is to give time for the pain to ferment, give the subject a time frame of rest, for one to avoid the subject getting used to the pain or fall apart, and two, a little rest can allow for the pain to leave an after taste which if utilized correctly can enhance the next period of torture.

Torture should have a purpose, it's an art, without purpose it's nothing more than an amateur with mental illness satisfying their urges.

Use psychological torture, inflict the pain emotionally, utilize what they fear the most, deprive their hope, etc.

Inflicting extreme physical pain should be the last resort in this type of torture since it can be negated by someone who has undergone training and many times it would increase the resistance of the subject and they might even provide false information.

They must actively cooperate with giving information, and for that you need to destroy their psychological resistance to giving info and give them a glimpse of hope, you can even paint a pie in the sky for them to tempt them for active cooperation.

Make them afraid of the consequences of not following the orders, plant a psychological shadow in their mind that can be triggered using specific things, leave them traumatized, give them PTSD.

• Howling Cow: Create a small metallic confined space, preferably cylindrical, leave enough room for the subject to only be able to roll around itself. Apply steady heat to the confinement to the point where the subject can't bear with it and start howling, but remember to turn off the heat from time to time as to avoid cooking the subject to death. There are two points in this torture, one is the pain through burning, the other is the headache the target gets from their howl echoing.

• Solitary confinement: It's a simple form of mental torture, all you have to do is to deprive the subject of food, water, light, sound, and free space to move around.

• Insomnia: Another form of mental torture, it's simple, all you have to do is to deprive the target of their sleep, let them go to the brink of falling asleep but don't allow them to sleep.

• Needle in fingertip: Fingertips are full of neurons, just insert a long enough needle in there to shock their mind. Caution, this can lead to death, keep lifesaving medical equipments nearby.
