It doesn't say you WILL use the suggestions. It doesn't even say that you WILL do any rewriting at all. You can use it whether you agree or disagree with the comments. It just lets people know that they have been heard.
that sounds like antagonistic sarcasm. much worse than just ignoring it

For TYFTC comments, I say: "Thanks for the support and you're welcome!"

As for other comments...

For this one, since I have no way to answer the feedback, I just gave him a react.

So, point of the matter is, I'd really suggest you answer the comments/feedbacks of your readers as much as you can. Not only would this make your concepts clear to them (in case they missed a few lines in your story), it would also give you points in the 'interaction' part.

Idk just answered back, would be kind of akward for a lonely comment without any reply.

It's like a hi5, can't leave it hangin.
