I try to do that.

One story was tagged romance. It was 117 chapters of pain. One chapter making up. One chapter romance. One chapter epilogue.

That is not a romance. That is a tragedy.

I made clear in my review. I don't like being lied to. If you are gonna jerk the reader around for 117 chapters, you need 117 chapters of romance. That's the deal. You need to use your tags responsibly. That would have been my last 1 star review.

It happens. Not everyone is going to like or agree with the stories we write. It isn't uncommon either to get an immature reader that only skims through some of the content and leaves a bad rating after raging in only a few incoherent sentences. I mean, that happened to mine already, and I know not to trust it because I'm certain this person didn't read beyond that specific chapter.

My story has some unusual elements in it that might piss some people off; that's why I expect some amount of hate in advance. Ironic because many of these elements resolve themselves in later chapters, albeit much later.

Also, I didn't read the review in question of the post, since you don't have your story linked in the profile or the review. Don't know if it's legit or not.

Trust me, never. Got enough cases of vindictive reviews against me. Some I got them eliminated, but the clever ones you can't get deleted, regardless of how much bs they produce and how blatant they are. So tough luck.

Hey everyone I started editing for Greentreeworm right before this incident and I agree with what you guys were talking about earlier and how he was acting stingy. I know their behavior was unwarranted but I do think he was a good author and because of what transpired in this thread with you guys essentially roasting him and whatnot (not saying he was undeserving) he has stopped writing, unpublished his/her story, and even left Webnovels. Just wanted to give some closure to this thread and let you guys know what happened.
