Most readers are just like that I think. I basically had every of my ratings be 5 stars until I reached 100k views. After that, the bad ratings come pouring in like the summer storms.
Ah, I know at least 2 of them are someone who's mad that I dropped my previous novel for my current one.

I am not writing for making money. And just wanted to write as a person who enjoy writing while readers also enjoy it.
But maybe money minded people have crab mentality.

There a lot of feedback thread here if you want a real review. If you think the guys who rated your story is a hater, ask @SailusGebel to give you feedback, you will probably have a worst rating by this princess since he/she strict. But he/she just rate it in the the thread, don't fear it and you also get critiscim who can help you.

If you think SH is bad, you should try elsewhere, like Royal Road and I hope for you that you won't come into readers who have the energy to give you review there cause they are more harsh than here.

Before accusing anyone of arrogance, you should probably check our stories, look at reviews we got, listen to what is our opinions on feedback we got, and so on.

I would find it sad, if you stopped writing because of one reader that did not like your story.
A group of humans can hardly agree on anything. All of us have different opinions and preferences.
Do not let a different opinion drag you down.

Yep, I know that objective, because it's what I have in mind as well when I started.

But yeah, not all reviews are out there to pull you down. Some are just readers plainly venting out their frustrations on the work/aspects they didn't like.

I am saying that people are saying that readers making me arrogant. And that person just went and gave a 1 star review just now.
But don't worry I will not do the same for them because that will make me a hypocrite.
And moreover this is not my profession so I donot want to deteriorate someone's work and cause him losses.
It's fine for me because I have a good job

1, I didn't give you any ratings.
2, I didn't say that you are arrogant. I'm saying that readers like that will feed the author's (authors in general) arrogance. But seeing your response to literally anything negative, I now believe that you are arrogant. You assume the reviewer's intentions and preferences and thinks that your assumption is absolutely correct. That's arrogance.
