Is your life generally in order? Do you eat healthy? Do you exercise? Do you regularly see daylight? Do you avoid electronic devices after x o clock and stay away from doomscrolling? If not, go fix that basic human needs shit, nothing will help you if you don't. You don't need to be a health nerd but everything alive is a process and you need, at the very least, to give the process what it needs and make sure you don't interrupt it. Meet your basic needs. Have time when you do a lot of things and you go hard, physically and mentally. Have times when you deliberately relax, and you slow down, and you do nothing that takes physical or mental effort. If you want to be relaxed and feel okay, this isn't optional. Except maybe if you're neurodivergent, sometimes those folks need other modes of operation, but generally speaking, yeah.

If you're confident that this isn't your issue, it's time to speak to a doctor.

Train your mind to go blank when you say a specific phrase… it’s easy to relax when you aren’t thinking-nya~

Have this playing on your computer/smartphone as you go to sleep:

It will put you to sleep. Seriously, I tried it, and it works!

Falling asleep is not a problem, it’s sleeping without interruptions and longer than 5hours. I wake up way too easily.
Still, try to completely empty your mind as you are going to bed, this helped me. I noticed that when i go to bed with thoughts in my mind, whatever it might be, like thinking how i need to be doing this and that tomorrow, how i will respond to whom, how i should solve this and that problem, or even thinking of stupid fantasies etc. No matter what i might have in my mind, would follow me to sleep in a sense.

It didn't prevent me from sleeping, but it gave me restless sleep, sleep that i would wake up earlier than i should, or have feeling of awareness during sleep, tossing around etc. What i want from sleep is to basically go to bed, black out, and wake up the next moment. You know, that relaxing and refreshing sleep, if you have ever experinced it, before you had the life problems, before you had all the stress. No dreams, no thoughts, no restless sleep. Just close your eyes, and wake up, as if no time has passed in between, but you feel as refreshed as can be. That's the kind of sleep i aim for.

How to get rid of stress? I can’t relax and it’s taking a toll on my sleep quality, which makes my mood during the day worse.
My process:

1) Save up stress
2) Lash out
3) Realize that there's nothing I can do
4) Let go of everything
5) Relaxed.

My other process

1) Eat.
