How to make Word better?

I still have an MS Word subscription for reasons, but honestly, I hate the program. I only use Libre Office which is Free 99, but I was wondering if there was a way to make Word not shit?

By the way, I hate Copilot. Useless program that auto comes with windows, and it doesn't know what it's talking about in Word too. I'm pretty sure this program is even more stupid than I am.

Well what bothers you with word. I use ms word and it works great and thanks to one drive I can take my writing seamlessly anywhere

Mostly it's copilot and the layout. Do you use any add ons?

I use yWriter as my word processor usually. I only use Word to convert to a PDF for my subscribers. That said, it finally crapped out after yelling at me for the last 3 years that my sub would expire - that is to say, every day would push back the expiration date by a day.

So I switched to Libre. and while it's not quite as user-friendly, I do much prefer it. So to answer your question: How could one improve word? Simply be Libre.

I use an unactivated version of Office 2010 and have never had any problems.

Spend a week using notepad. You will hate it and then word won't seem so bad anymore. Or if you just want to suffer for a bit, try using python as a word processor. In theory it should be possible.
