More tags. Longer synopsis. As for the title ... Maybe a bit on the shorter end ... But it seems okay.

I will just give you some things I would do:
-You have a Story put together. Good! If you know where your story is going, keep writing.
-Having tags will work in your favor. Just make sure they are tags which fit your Novel so people would understand what they are getting into
- Post in a consistent manner and you will get readers. Maintenance will require you to have some sort of posting schedule in mind. Follow through with that schedule of posting.
-You will find that the most difficult thing will not be to get the readers, but depending on how long you intend for your story to be, you will have to keep that story consistent. Try to aim for writing from start to finish.

You should probably worry more about reader retention. Getting clicks isn't the hard part. A synopsis, cover, and bunch of popular tags will get you consistent views everytime you publish a chapter even as a nobody. You might even make it to trendo. Now, if your story is going to be more than 100+ chapters long, I should warn you beforehand that it goings to be very demoralizing to see how your prologue sit at 10k views while your later chapters rack up numbers in 2-3 digits. Ultimately, both problem can be solved by being good and writing a good story.

What certainly does help is if you get someone to do a shout-out-swap with you. If you find someone with a decent reader base, all their readers will be exposed to it. After all, visibility is still the strongest factor to popularity. If you can find a way to have your story show up anywhere, go for it. Advertising is important to make people find you.
Though, I would concur to my fore-commenters that your story should be good enough to keep any caught readers engaged.

As far as getting more views and readers, more tags(the popular ones being litrpg, isekai, fantasy, gb, etc.), more detailed synopsys, being consistent with your chapter releases, and doing lots of review swaps. Your cover and title are wonderful in my opinion.

If you don't do well on one site, that's okay because just having it on multiple sites is a great way to promote it. Plus, some sites will be more open to different genres(unless if it's historical... sadly. Fiction or otherwise.) I like the community here but other sites can have strongsuits and weaknesses that are different for everyone.

All that really matters is that you created something for yourself and got to share it so don't feel bad if it doesn't do well on some sites.

Just update chapters everyday u will Eventually gained loyal readers. Tho I think advertising it in forum can gain more readers. A lot people are doing it.

Usually people make a thread in the forums offering to review someone else's first chapter or first few chapters in exchange for them doing the same for your book. It's as simple as that.

How you leave reviews is up to each individual though so one person may write 5 paragraphs with 3 stars while another might just say it was a fun read and leave 5 stars. I will be more critical but I will be giving more constructive criticisms that will hopefully help with future edits.
