Constant success and or a big following of the opposite gender would be a point on my watchlist. Sudden reduction of crime in a city would be also a point of notice. Fluctuations of large sums of money, list. Transfer large trackts of land that's not for industrial use, list. Sudden unexplained success of any kind, really, list.
