Try something new.

You can try looking up story prompts, brainstorming a short story based on a song you like, write poetry, or even write commentary or reviews of other literature/art.

Anything to get inspired, even if it doesn't actually lead anywhere.

I mostly get writer's block when I feel trapped or stuck in some repetitive cycle. So, trying on something other than a writer's hat can be nice for a change. Even if you suck at it. Like I suck at poetry, but I still dip my feet in it every once in a while.
