Then all you have to do is to keep a smile while interacting with them, show interest in whatever they are showing you and don't spoil the girls. That's pretty all you need to remain natural and unbiased between them. One more thing, treat them the same way you treat a proper adult elderly human.

Try keeping a journal of some of the things each kid gets up to each day. At the end of the week, imagine your daughters doing all the things you noticed the boys doing, and your sons doing all the things you noticed the girls doing. Basically, this is practice to feel the same way about your kids when their behavior is the same. It may help you find out if you have a gender bias, or if there is something specific one of your kids is doing that irritates you.
