Best way to unshade your services would be to split then up and offer them separately as editing, cover & illustration services, and advertisement. You can offer those in bundles, tho.

Throw out the printing offer unless you have your own printing press, independent publishing is just cheaper.

Who are you marketing this for? Because most new authors don't have any fucking money and most experienced authors already know how to do some of this stuff themselves. Maybe you want it to be an alternative to a publisher? It's kind of hard to see the value there as well.

Just found out about a company doing what you propose on a larger scale - Draft2Digital. (And they charge 10% of each sale).

Unfortunately, they only focus on completed books, not serial fiction - a service like this for serial fiction would be cool but I'm not sure if it would be feasible.

All this stuff would likely cost thousands. Maybe over $10,000 if there is no way to recoup that money it doesn't seem like a good deal. A percentage of the royalties would be more appropriate because in this case the publisher has no stake in the story's success.
