Did start off as an intern, though.

Oh, forgot, there are also unorthodox cultivators who cultivate the dao of freelance and dual cultivators who cultivate several daos at the same time. But the general thing is the same

I don't think there is a separate part explaining what realm is, but there is a part that explains the most common ones.

Example.
Qi Condensation (凝气 níngqì) – also known as Qi Refining (炼气 liànqì) or Qi Gathering (聚气 jùqì). An initial stage of cultivation which involves absorbing Qi from the natural world and refining it inside the body.
