You finally lie on your bed after a long and tiring day. But, you don't feel like going to the world of dreams just yet. So, you take out your phone and start reading a few chapters. Before you know it, it is already...

For me, usually it is one hour. So if I go to bed at 11PM, then I'd actually sleep at 12AM.

Does playing games and reading in the bed count as "trying to sleep"? If yes, 4+ hours, otherwise gimme 7 minutes and I'm gone

If I'm tired and spent, between 10-30 minutes, I unfortunately developed a crutch based on listening ambient/vibe music or rain sounds to be at eased. If for some reason I am full of energy, I can lie up to three hours in stillness, thinking about past regrets

10 minutes max, but when overdrinking sugar of caffeine, up to 40 minutes. Work is a great drug for sleeping lol

My mind is usually active before I go to sleep. Most of the time, I start creating fake scenarios to entertain myself. So it takes me an hour or two to fall asleep.

I knew a guy that could fall asleep like in five seconds. No joke, he would start to snore after just a few seconds. Never saw such a person before or after.

Once I actually drop things and try to sleep, I almost always fall asleep within an hour, usually much less than that. I've had cases of reading up till 2-3am though.

I love sleep and spend the whole day anticipating it, but when it comes to sleeping I get weirdly scared amd reluctant.
It's like I felt about killing pregnant women as a sacrifice to the Archduke of Frozen Hell Leartholis back when I was two digits old.

Well, for me it can change from 30 minutes to 5 hours, depending how much exausted I am, but sometimes, I think different scenarios or Ideas which I can implement in my fanfiction.

It usually takes me an hour because my brain runs around doing things, or I'm writing/reading in the middle of the night XD
