An extremely helpful, and short, article that helped me with just that early on when I first began writing: https://www.standoutbooks.com/heres-how-to-write-a-damn-good-fight-scene/

A foot came and slammed his face in. A sudden surge came gushing out of his nose as the thick taste of metal filled his mouth.

Lots of writers, even some professional ones, feel the need to add way too many details into fight scenes. In my opinion, your description of the fight scene should be just detailed enough to pull the reader through the important parts of the fight without slowing it down too much. And keep in mind that most fights are emotional roller coasters. They should be emotional journeys as much as physical ones.
