How do you visualize your scenes when you write a chapter?

Having a lot of experience as a reader can greatly help.
For example, I tried to write about world-building having read a few novels and had to stop writing to think a lot about how and which things describe. After switching to a Xianxia setting, which I read a lot, I really felt it was a lot easier to write as I instinctively knew how to put things down. It all comes to familiarity with the thing you are writing about.

Clearly, as a non anglophone I use a lot wordreference and grammarly.

Dunno if this can help.

I have great imagination, so I normally just close my eyes and act out what ever I'm thinking in my head, trying to visualize as much details as I can with out over loading, kinda like lucid dream except I'm not dreaming. While I do this I will mumble to myself describing what's happening to the best of my abilities before immediately writing it down afterwards

I'm not really imaging or planning the scenario itself.
I have a goal in mind I want to reach at the end of the chapter, I have an action in between the goal and the start of the chapter and that's it.

I keep the setting in mind with all the possible consequences I can think off and then I integrate them into my story if they fit.

Like the title says, I wanted to know how you guys imagine a scene as you type it out. Do you imagine in the perspective of a movie, an anime, game, etc.? And if you do, how does it affect your over all telling of the story?
Due to the simplified nature of my character designs, I see it as more of an animation (not anime, it's not very animesque). Overall, the description is very minimalist, with a focus on conversations and actions.
