Beef
Well done with a nice caramelised bark on the outside, with a sprinkling of black pepper.
Black peppercorn sauce made from cooking some cream in a pan with freshly ground black pepper until it's turned thick but still pourable.
Steak cut chips.
Fried onions.
Fried mushrooms.

Delicious.

Never had steak but if I did I assume I'd want it either well done or medium well. I can't see myself enjoying it any more raw than that.
