How do you do POV change?
Do you split your chapters every time the POV change, or do you write it in the same chapter?
How do you make the change look natural?

I put a little word there saying who's pov it was or I'd shift between one character focus to another. I don't know how though. I just write it like that. And there's that page breaker something that puts a line to separate one thing to focus to another.
Also, its very easy (I think) to shift in 3rd POV rather than 1st POV.

I mean, doing it by chapters work, but what I do is like... well, in general you can-

'He walked through the long hall, but at the end of it...' (idk made it on spot)

then.

--------

She watches the clouds as they flow through the sky.

Pretty much, you seperte it using dashes/lines/...(dots)

For me though, I just go like this.

'The though of losing her pisses him off. The very thought makes him want to break a wall. He turns to look at her.'

'She's looking out the window.' 'She wonders what she can do to help rihito. he's suffering all by himself.'

Idk. something like that.

POV Change happened if you want to make the reader see what the character feels in the situation that's happening to them or the view of them in that situation

Example : Little sister's slowly falling unconscious as she see her big sister getting beaten horribly more than her and thinking why life so unfair and began to shaken up wishing someone can save them, then a man has appeared then the POV change to the man that's saving them.

2nd Question, it's either you make a separate chapter on the character or you put it together within the chapter so that you wouldn't make a cliffhanger

For the 3rd one, I don't know maybe intuition or the flow of the story making you feel like it needs a POV of the other person.

(You may ignore this because I also didn't really know as I freestyle my way when making a POV Change)

I just did a story where I changed pov ever few paragraphs. I couldn’t do It ever other chapter or so because it was a short story. To make it extra clear when pov shifted I added information such as time and altitude at the beginning of the pov change, since my story takes place over only a few minutes.

You mean like pov change within the same scene? If it's different scenes, then I don't think there's really that much to it. It's the pov change in one scene or chain of scenes that's harder to do.

A bit of both. Let's say the MC use First Person and the rest use Third Person Limited. Is it okay to do that?
i don't know if it's okay, but I've been doing exactly that. i separated either dialogue with a line break. haven't received complaints thus far, but I don't make a habit of it. it can get annoying for the reader

Woah, I think that's different from what people here assume you meant.
That said, I do use that style in my story, First person for MC, third person for sides. I don't mix MC with Sides in one chapter though.

Well, this mostly,

Other than that, just end the chapter, or add a line breaker
