SH authors don’t do review swaps here because they aren’t effective. Your chances of discoverability stay the same regardless of how many reviews you have, unlike on RR where reviews actually impact your discoverability.

So what are you trying to achieve? Do you simply want your novel to be read, or do you want to move up the rankings? I see you’re writing BL. There’s a BL Discord group here on SHF that you can join.

Review swaps are inherently disingenuous. They are a form of "you scratch my back, I scratch yours" and create an expectation of a positive review, reducing objectivity and potentially misinforming readers.
