The collapse of Rome, Alexandria, and Baghdad are overrated.

It was inevitable due to spreading too thin. Rome didn't have the technology at the time to manage such a vast territory. Baghdad I don't agree with because nobody talks about or know baghdad exists for it to be overrated.
