Definitely the complete cowl/cape with hood. Super sketchy, I know, but it really looks cozy, and in every D&D story, it's what the character walks in with out of the rain and cold.

It's frightening when you really sum it all up.
5000 years ago, we couldn't live without indoor plumbing.
500 years ago, we couldn't live without the printing press.
250 years ago, we couldn't live without electricity.
100 years ago, we couldn't live without the automobile.
50 years ago, we couldn't live without digital watches.
10 years ago, we couldn't live without widespread Wi-Fi.
And now barely five years on, it doesn't look like we can live without AI either.

See, this is why I don't think humans deserve to run this world anymore... ? ?

Yeah, I think the indoor plumbing was actually sooner, like 2000 B.C. or so.
You'd think I'd know this for sure, since I'm Greek, and my ancestors invented it.

you're welcome. ?

Well, 4000 BC the Mesopotamians invented a version of it, but it wasn't anything like we think of as indoor plumbing today. We also 'lost' indoor plumbing once the romans fell, and it didn't become common again until the 1600-1700s in Europe anyways, mid 1800 in North America.

I know China had some plumbing around 2500 BC...but they also lost it for a period as well, but I am not familiar enough with their history to know when that all happened.

Electricity has only been common in homes for 125 years or so.

As for AI, yeah...it is taking everything over sadly...im just waiting for it to become possible for it to do physical labour jobs with it, not just white collar and many factory jobs...hoping I am not here when frigging skynet happens lol

Well, the Skynet scenario won't happen for about 50 years or so, we'll both be long gone, and can point and laugh at humanity's demise from on high. *^^*

Good old Mufflers

I want to be able to look like I'm judging everyone while being superior to them non-stop. Also, look at how much loose hair is sticking to her and they still took a picture. LMAO.

What are some fashion items you wish would make a comeback. Not the obvious armors, and no inappropriate or swimwear. Just your everyday clothes you wish came back. LikeView attachment 42069 half cloaks.

Cloaks were used by people of high stature to hide weapons; he'd have a knife under there. Nowadays, since carrying weapons is frowned upon, cloaks, long coats, capes, shawls, etc. are falling out of favor.

We need to normalize carrying knives and short swords again.

Cloaks, tailcoats, and tunics! especially the tunics with the split at front and back. Sashes, too. I like fingerless gloves too but I think those are still in use. Tabi also, I know they're still worn in japan sometimes but they don't seem to make them for feet as large as mine.
