I have a few options I thought of, but I can't for the love of god decide. Help

Very simplified blurb: Man dies of old age without having accomplished anything with his life. Through a stroke of luck, he gets reincarnated into another world (original, I know). In this other world he takes the place of what was supposed to be a god - getting his body, but not the powers. He is just a normal human in terms of what he can do, but he takes advantage of the situation and decides to play his role of a deity anyway, through lies, bluffs, and deceptions. World conquering ensues as he expands his legion of followers, not through might but through mind.

That's the gist of it anyway.

Here is the cover, name for to indicate where the actual title would be. Poll has title options

PD: We're on 2024. Uploads should not be limited to 5mb anymore for the love of god let me post bigger images

Don't use it out of principle since they banned NSFW images without warning. I don't like storing my things where I know they might get nuked at the whims of some corporate.

I guess i'll just have to look into alternatives

If I had to choose from your ideas, the first one is the best, though personally I'd say it still leaves a lot to be desired.

Generally, descriptive titles are bad from a literary standpoint, though they might be good from the reader's perspective. (There's a very popluar trend on RoyalRoad where authors tell what a story is in square brackets in the title, something like "Demon King [an OP evil MC LitRPG]".) I would settle for something more symbolic and/or vague for the actual title, and if you want you can add more details like so, or in the synopsis.

God tells no Lies sounds good, yup. Plays on the actual content of the book, and doesn't immediately tell what to expect from the story.

Yeah, I was gonna do the brackets thing regardless. I think I'm gonna go with God tells no Lies. It also fits a lot with the planned ending of the story.
