Just Imagine I'm some kind of a dense main character whose quite good at making girls fall in love with me but prefer to be brothers with them but I'm actually in love with my cousin who I found out later on and decide being in a relationship is tiring and prefer a single life.

Without the later half of the story, its basically like a long manga title.

I had a childhood friend, a tsundere x tsundere ship, transfer students, older women and oh, did I mention little girls and how all of them are beautiful girls? But I didn't find these girls beautiful at all and treated them like normal because I have face and description blindness?

The sad thing about me is I am very self centered, I didn't have any family or relationship trauma, I just don't feel a lot of empathy for other people. I could still sympathize with a shitty situation but I wouldn't care about anything after and just respond with something along the line of "That's rough, buddy".
