A stay-at-home dad. Dealing with the kids has been easy but my other half has had to deal with some dumb people. None of my extended family was okay with our decision despite the fact that I'm the one who has the higher education. I've even been told that having him be the stay-at-home parent is the same as "me being a single mother with extra steps".
Any job where you have to get a group of people to do something is difficult, especially when you're not in a supervisor or team lead. I spent 4 months as the VP of Communications for my college's Student Association. It was like corralling cats and teaching them to sing. It once took a week to get people to vote on one thing. A week. A group of grown ass adults, who all volunteered for their jobs I might add, could not be bothered to log into our voting system and click a button for a straight week. Meetings were downright painful.
