I will get straight to rules. A host will post a YT link, you all guess who from SHF submitted this song. To submit a song, you PM host a YouTube link. Not a title, not a soundcloud link, not an mp3 file, you PM a YT link. The host picks one song out of submissions, and posts it here. You guess it. When someone guesses the song correctly, host announces it and that person becomes a host themselves. Rinse and repeat.
Hopefully people who become hosts will not troll, and won't post songs from throwaway accounts, nor will they pick and post songs that aren't actually songs, like weird noises, or 'memes.' The host obviously can't guess song themselves. As for the person who submitted the song, they can attempt to confuse guessers. You are free to collectively discuss who submitted the song, but you can't spam lots of users in a single message and say you won.
Lastly, if you have ideas on how to modify rules or make it more interesting, do share them, I will edit this post.
