That's actually the main power my protagonist from my first story used. That and shadow.

Historically they have been known to steal the luck and vitality of their victims, who they haunt with their spirit. That stolen luck and vitality, to my knowledge, is then supposed to reconstitute or prevent the decaying of the body. Vampires can haunt individuals, families, towns, etc. I forget which army, but back during the 16 or 17 hundreds an army recorded a hunt of a vampire, if you are interested, and can find it, I recommend reading that.

This was the inspiration for the ‘Thread Tree’.

Being able to identify the health of an individual just by the smell/taste of their blood. Like, how healthily they're eating, are they hydrated, do they have cancer, organ failure, an infection, what emotions they had when the blood was spilled, how wounded are they, etc.

Being able to see the memory of what spilled the blood.

Being able to store memory in blood. Being able to use blood as a proxy to see from a distance. Being able to teleport through pools of blood.

Well, one classic is some fairly hefty immortality, where they can reconstitute themselves over a long period of time even from complete disintegration. Though, might want to put some limits on that, depending on what you're going for. For example, interring their ashes or other faint remains in an intensely holy site.

Another fun idea is to double or triple down on them using their own blood to control other creatures, like, anything that ingests even a little of their blood could fall under their influence. Combine that with good healing and they could just wander into a monster nest, get torn apart for a few minutes, and walk out with a dozen new minions, and maybe a need to visit a tailor.

I see a couple of mentions of blood control/manipulation/bending but I think you're kinda missing the point to a degree. What type of manipulation are we talking about? Is it internal? Or external? Does contact need to be made? Can the blood be moved outside of the body and then hardened into a weapon? Not just a whip but swords, needles, or a high-pressure jet that could cut through steel.

Take this for example, take it a step further and you could have such refined control of blood within the body that one could use it as a secondary musculature system.
