Alucard reach the alchemy room, The messy laboratory room used to be the place where his father and mother do their experiment together and learn from each other, while not realizing they're doing their version of "Alchemy date", as they're dancing around the laboratory trying to create gold from the power of alchemy

Its a easter egg that can only be acessed by activating the fairy familiar and taking a seat long enough to let the fairy sat on Alucard's shoulder to start singing.
As the comment suggest, it's very plausible that a Vampire mama would sang this lullaby to her beloved son/daughter.
And then she passed this lullaby song to her fairy servants so that they can sang this to her son/daughter whenever she's not around, or when she's no longer around.

I didnt mention this first because English lyrics feels more fitting with the European Vampire themes youre looking for.
Especially when the English song isn't a broken engrish, and actually an equal quality to the Japan version, a rare occurence.
Still a very good song tho, but not fitting to the vampiric theme i hope for.
