we have the humans vs. bots, but technically that’s meta. Maybe we should focus on identifying mafia vs. villager.

tbh, the mafia helped us getting rid of the jester. They are a neutral role whose entire goal is to get Falsely voted out. And when that happens, they will kill someone that night.

Now that you mention it, yes... Maybe they are pulling some sort of tactic to make us think the mafia is dumb by getting rid of a false Jester? (Or who knows, maybe the mafia really is dumb)

Alternatively, this could be a ploy by the forger to confuse the town against not voting out the bots. Coz who knows? Maybe they have a useful role among the bots. Though nothing can be said rn. We need more clues.

Now, this may be giving away too much or too little, BUT I am going to analyze my own posts

1. I am newbie. Admittedly, I googled a bit about roles but did not watch the linked video

2. I have engaged with @PeacefulMyst regarding forger facts

3. I either don’t know anything (true) or @PeacefulMyst and I have orchestrated this conversation as mafia members to throw off the villagers

That would be a smart ploy BUT it’s not one that occurred, which I think @PeacefulMyst will attest to

From what I can tell, @PeacefulMyst is a veteran player and knows a lot about the roles.

Now, as for bringing up the forger role, that could be a ploy for or against the mafia. If @PeacefulMyst is some sort of neutral evil killer, then they could blame kills on the mafia and get away with it. If they’re part of the mafia, pretending to hunt down the forger could create a sense of trust. If they’re just a villager? Well, then now you see that it’s helpful info with no plot

I would say vote on the humans that don’t reply, that way if they aren’t too active it doesn’t matter as much. Bots should be easy enough to eliminate due to player preference for humans
