Payoneer is an alternative that my boyfriend uses to get paid for his job.

Wise is another that he also used. Depending on the size of the transfer, it has less taxes than Payoneer.

Also, I think Patreon isn't blocked anywhere, so if you're expecting regular payments, you can try it.
