UTC or that GMT+0 for things like timestamps, but it is more of a default setting than the platforms actual time.

So i know there are a lot of experienced writers on here who've noticed particular time frames where their book has greater visibility. so pretty pretty please what time(s) in your experience is the best to post a chapter.

It's related to that, so I can post my schedule on my blurb, but I didn't think of an universal 'best time'. I was just trying to find a good time for myself.

Every user can set their own timezone so there is no universal time or best time. When you give a schedule time include your timezone.

If you just want people to know about it, then there's the "Latest Chapter Discussion | Scribble Hub Forum" area.
If you are looking for feedback, there's the "Story Feedback | Scribble Hub Forum" area.
Or you can make an announcement in General, but half the time you'll be directed to one or both of those.

You can also include a link in your forum signature - there's an explanation how to do that at the start of this thread IIRC.
